The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How long is each cleaning session?
    For each home, we estimate a 3-5-hour cleaning time.
  • How many Helpers come to my house?
    Depending on the size of the home and the requests of our clients, we send a minimum of 1-2 Happy Helpers for every home. We adjust and add as the home gets bigger and the tasks that needs to be done gets more complex.
  • Can I request other things to be done from the Helpers?
    For additional requests, please inform client servicing prior to the cleaning so we can relay it properly and give instructions to the Helpers. Depending on the scope of the additional request, we may have to increase the number of Helpers or recommend to extend the cleaning time. During the job, as long as there is enough or extra time, our Helpers can accommodate additional requests. However, if the work exceeds the 5 hours cleaning time, we will have to charge the for an overtime fee of $20 per hour per Helper.
  • Do I have to pay for transportation?
    Our rates include the transportation of our Helpers to your home and back to our office.
  • Do I need to prepare any materials?
    We bring all of the cleaning materials and solutions. Should you have any special request or any particular cleaning solution that you would like to be used, kindly mention it when you confirm the booking.
  • Do I have to provide meals for them?
    Our Happy Helpers bring their own water and meals. Should you wish to provide extra, we greatly appreciate it.
  • Can you service during weekends?
    Yes!
  • Do you have night/evening cleaning schedules?
    Yes!
  • Is there additional charge if the Happy Helpers exceed 5 hours?
    Our Helpers are efficient and maximize the time for the cleaning sessions. However, if overtime is needed, our overtime charge is $20 per helper per hour.

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation fee. However, should you need to cancel or reschedule your services kindly please provide 24-48 hours notice.

There is a one time deposit cleaning fee required when scheduling your first cleaning service.
